Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing 613 Express Courier.

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased from Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 613 Express Courier, 1730 St. Laurent Blvd. Suite 800 Ottawa, ON, K1G 5L1.

  • Services refer to the services offered for sale on the Service.

  • Pickup means a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to 613 Express Courier, accessible from https://613express.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Pickup for Your parcel without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a Pickup must be made prior to a Courier arriving at your pickup location - if a Courier has already arrived, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original charge will be applied.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will issue a refund within 48 hours of Your request for cancellation. It can take 5-7 business days from the day on which You requested the cancellation to show up on your original method of payment. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Pickup. If a cancellation fee is applicable, we will refund You the difference between the Pickup charge and the cancellation fee.
