Rural Growth

Many rural towns in Eastern Ontario have seen dramatic population growth over the past few years. With this came an unprecedented demand for deliveries to and from these locales.

The Problem

These towns fell well outside the standard delivery areas for the Ottawa-based on-demand couriers. This left customers having to decide between two poor options: pay high rates to have their package delivered the same day, or choose a lower cost but less reliable next-day service.

As the former long-time Operations Manager of Personal Touch Courier, I saw the ever-growing need for reasonably priced same-day delivery options from Ottawa to our many neighboring towns. I have assembled a very strong team of drivers and support staff to ensure you receive the high standard of service you have become accustomed to.
