Delivery Terms

Thank you for choosing 613 Express Courier.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 613 Express Courier, 1730 St. Laurent Blvd. Suite 800 Ottawa, ON, K1G 5L1.

  • Services refer to the services offered for sale on the Service.

  • Pickup means a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to 613 Express Courier, accessible from https://613express.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Terms and Conditions of Deliveries

  1. All delivery times subject to weather and traffic conditions, human error, and or acts of God

  2. All local shipments insured for a maximum liability of $50.00

  3. Any claims must be forwarded to 613 Express Inc in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery

  4. Customer notification of any billing errors must be made within 30 days of the Statement/Remittance date. After 30 days, the Statement/Remittance will be considered accurate

  5. Visa customers please be informed that all balances due will be processed within 5 working days from the Statement date

  6. Cancelations made prior to the courier arriving at the pick-up location will not be charged a cancelation fee. The cancelation fee is 50% of the delivery rate

  7. Redirects within the same town incur no additional charges if corrected before the delivery attempt is made

  8. 2nd attempts are charged at 50% of the original delivery rate

  9. Returns are charged at 50% of the original delivery rate

  10. Waiting time is calculated at $0.75 cents per minute after 10 minutes

  11. No liability shall be recognized by the carrier due to improper packaging or improper labeling of shipments

  12. Any loss or damage must be noted on the waybill at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the consignee's signature will constitute a clear receipt

  13. Terms: Payment due on receipt of the statement. A 2% (24% per annum) interest charge will be assessed on balances exceeding 30 days
